Friend sucking guys nipples and Breast growing – ஆணின் மார்பகத்தை சப்புவதால் மார்பகம் வளருமா?

Question. I am a 25 year old man. Few years ago one of my friend sucked my nipple. I enjoyed very much. He did it many more, Now I feel that my Chest is grow like a woman’s breast. It is normal or I should take some treatment to stop this?
